HACCP: American food safety standard

HAZARD ANALYSIS CRITICAL CONTROL POINT (HACCP) has more importance among the hygienic control approaches of production process. International and administrative organizations controlling foods emphasis seriously on the continuation and advancement of this approach in animals' culture farms and in process of foods preparation.

HACCP system investigates all hazards and critical points in production, supply and consumption cycle as well as illnesses derived from production consumption by HACCP group that has enough directional and scientific information and determines and measures the possible hazards that threats health along the production processes.

In 2003, Esfedan company succeeded to gain this worth certificate from URS firm in England. This certificate is extended each year.
